This webinar will be conducted by Frank Locker, PhD. Frank has facilitated OFCC’s annual School Visioning and Transformation Workshop in Columbus since its inception in 2011. He leads schools and districts across the country and internationally to create their own Educational Visions and support them through facility concepts. School specialist architects and educational leaders will participate in this webinar.
