The Commission is in the process of implementing DocuSign for electronic signature in our OAKS CI business processes that require signature.
Instead of printing and signing the documents received in OAKS CI, parties will now provide electronic signatures directly from their email accounts. This process will significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to sign and approve records.
Records received electronically will have all associated backup attached, and neither the document nor the backup can be modified. Once the document has been fully approved, parties receive the fully executed Contract/Change Order via email. Only electronic signatures initiated by the Commission and through the Commission's electronic signature will be accepted.
