Today marks the effective date for many provisions contained in H.B. 49 that are relevant to the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC). Part of the new law includes a further consolidation of the Ohio School Facilities Commission (OSFC) into OFCC, and as a result all references to OSFC are being eliminated.   This consolidation will not impact the services provided or how we operate as a staff, but you may notice some changes to our website and documents to further r...
