Allocation Form Now Available for Public OwnersA new state law that recently went into effect, Ohio Revised Code section 9.239, creates new responsibilities for public building owners that have construction projects that improve energy efficiency.  Effective April 12, 2021, public owners are now required to allocate a federal tax deduction, if merited, to the designer responsible for designing energy efficient commercial property in public buildings.  OFCC has created a sample...
