OFCC Holiday Gift Notice

As we approach the holiday season, the OFCC staff extends our thanks to each of you for your work this year on capital improvements for the state. This is the time of year to be mindful of our mutual ethical obligations with respect to gift giving. To ensure our compliance with those obligations, our staff will not accept (and will need to make arrangements to return) any holiday gifts. Today marks the effective date for many provisions contained in H.B. 49 that are relevant to the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC). Part of the new law includes a further consolidation of the Ohio School Facilities Commission (OSFC) into OFCC, and as a result all references to OSFC are being eliminated.   This consolidation will not impact the services provided or how we operate as a staff, but you may notice some changes to our website and documents to further r...
